Bill Reeves
Bill Reeves spent the first five years of his career as a
district fisheries biologist in north Alabama working on TVA reservoirs
and small impoundments. He spent five years as the state community lakes
coordinator and then 15 years as Assistant Chief of Fisheries. He moved
to Tennessee to work with TWRA as the chief of fisheries in 1996. His
areas of interest and involvement have included reservoir management and
research, fish kill guidelines and procedures, ESA Section 6- endangered
and threatened species, Federal Aid coordination, genetically modified
fishes, FERC project relicensing, and large river sampling and
management.
